FAQ's

1. Can I book online?

Yes, via our website. If the event isn’t bookable online you can submit an enquiry form and a member of our events team will respond with availability and booking options. 

2. Does it cost more to book with Hospitality Line?

No, we offer the same price as all Christmas Party Venues in the UK as well as a Price Promise Guarantee. If you find exactly the same package at the same venue for a lower price within 48 hours of booking with Hospitality Line, we will match the price of the event. The price promise guarantee will not apply if the cheaper offer is obtained via a limited time promotion, promo code, cash back, coupon, voucher or member’s discount.

3. Is VAT included? 

Rest assured all our prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Therefore the price you see is price you pay, no surprises at the checkout!

4. What is the difference between a shared and exclusive party? 

An exclusive party means you have the venue/party exclusively for your guests. A shared or joiner party allows lots of smaller groups to enjoy a large party ambiance. 

5. How much deposit do I need to pay?

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% or £15.00 per person, whichever is the greater, will be due.  (Some exclusions apply and will be advised at time of booking). If the booking is for 15 guests or under, full payment will be due.

6. When is the final balance due? 

Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to the event date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the event date, full payment must be taken at the time of booking.

7. What is Check My Event? 

Once your party is confirmed you have access to your own party planning tool which allows you to login to make your menu choices for each guest and find all the details about your event. 

8. Can I purchase drinks packages?

Yes, you can pre purchase drinks orders subject to the venue at least two weeks in advance of the party date.

9. What is a drinks wristband?

If opting for drinks wristbands, all members of the group must purchase the same priced wristband, this then entitles you to unlimited drinks included in the venue/events wristband package. 

10. Is there a charge for paying with Credit Cards?

There is a 2% fee on credit card payments. Payments made using debit cards or bank transfers will not incur a charge.
