Tian of feta, quinoa and roasted butternut squash served with green pepper coulis and roast pine nuts

Mains
Roast Turkey served with sage and sausage stuffing, gluten free pigs in blankets, cocotte vegetables, brussels sprouts and chestnuts, natural juices

Pan fried seabream served with steamed spinach, lemon and thyme rosti potato, roast beetroot and red pepper coulis

Vegan filo money bag filled with honey roasted vegetables, red and golden beetroot, served on a chick pea puree and fried leeks

Desserts
Traditional Christmas pudding, with brandy custard, dusted with icing sugar

Blood orange Cheese Cake, mango and Pineapple coulis, chocolate soil, basil sugar
