Any changes or cancellations must be notified to Cogs Bar & Kitchen at
least 14 days prior at which time final payment and menu pre-orders
will be required.

Deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time with no
additional charges incurred, however both deposit and final balance are
non-refundable for any cancellations made within two weeks of arrival.

Please note a 12.5% service charge will be applied to the final bill.
