Starter
Oven roasted cranberry chutney and brie tart (v)

Main
Oven roasted succulent breast of chicken, cooked in an infusion of fresh thyme, rosemary and farmhouse butter, accompanied by creamy garlic and parmesan mash and freshly roasted honey glazed winter vegetables, served with a traditional red wine sauce

Sweet potato tagine served in a cassoulet dish with sage mash potato and seasonal vegetables (v)

Chocolate caramel truffle laced with a raspberry and chilli coulis
